    Evening Primrose Oil

Also known as: EPO, GLA oil

GLA powerhouse that gives you more control over your cycle. Supports comfort and balance when you need it most.

    What it is

Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant and is naturally rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid.

    Why we use it

We include it in PMS Relief Gummies because GLA is one of the more traditionally used nutrients for cycle-related comfort, working alongside maca and B vitamins in the formula.

    What the research generally suggests

Research on evening primrose oil for PMS and breast tenderness shows mixed results overall — some studies report modest improvements in comfort, while others find no clear benefit over placebo, so it's best considered a traditional, low-risk option rather than a guaranteed fix.

    Typical amounts

Studies have commonly used daily doses of around 500mg-3g of evening primrose oil, typically providing 40-270mg of GLA.

In Flexies products: 50mg per serving.

    Benefits
