Question 1

How is a digital gift card delivered?

Accepted Answer

Straight to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. You'll receive a code to send on to the recipient, who can enter it at checkout like a normal payment. Nothing gets lost in the post.

Question 2

How do I actually use a gift card?

Accepted Answer

When you're ready to shop, add your gummies to the cart and head to checkout. Pop the gift card code into the gift card / discount code field, and the balance comes off your order straight away. Any leftover balance stays on the card automatically — just use the same code next time. One thing to note: gift cards can't be reloaded or used to buy another gift card.

Question 3

How long does a Flexies gift card last?

Accepted Answer

Australian law requires consumer gift cards to be valid for at least three years, so there's no rush. Any leftover balance stays on the card and can be spent next time — no use-it-or-lose-it.

Question 4

Can it be used with discount codes and subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A gift card works as payment, so it happily stacks with discount codes and can cover (or go towards) a subscription's first order. Subscription renewals are charged to your saved card, so the gift card applies to that first payment.

Question 5

Do gift cards need shipping?

Accepted Answer

No — they're fully digital. Shipping costs are only calculated on the physical products in an order, so a gift card on its own costs nothing to deliver.

Question 6

What if the recipient wants something else?

Accepted Answer

That's the beauty of it: the whole self care range is on the table. Sleep, glow, gut health, creatine — they pick whatever suits their routine, and leftover balance carries over for next time.

Question 7

Can a gift card be refunded?

Accepted Answer

Gift cards aren't refundable or exchangeable for change of mind, whether requested by the purchaser or recipient. This never limits the rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
