We want you to love your Flexies! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on all unopened products.
Eligible for Return:
- ✓Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
- ✓Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- ✓Products purchased directly from flexies.com.au
How to Return:
- 1.Email hello@flexies.com.au with your order number
- 2.We'll email return instructions and the return address (postage at your cost)
- 3.Refund processed within 5-7 business days
