From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes through our website, email campaigns, or other marketing channels. Terms of use for promotional discount codes:

• Promotional codes are valid for one-time purchases only and cannot be applied to subscription orders
• Codes may be combined with bundle discounts where indicated
• Only one promotional code can be used per order
• Codes are single-use and may have an expiration date
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time without notice
• Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value

Refunds on discounted orders will be processed based on the actual amount paid after discounts were applied.

We will make every effort to ship orders within the timeframes specified. However, delivery dates are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address provided.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return postage is at the customer's cost for change-of-mind returns; Flexies covers it for damaged, incorrect or faulty items
• Refunds cover the product price only — the original shipping charge is not refunded
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost
