All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of signup — if prices increase, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.

What You Can Do
Through your customer account, you have full control over your subscription:
Skip a Delivery
Going on holiday or still have gummies left? Skip your next delivery and we'll automatically send the following one on schedule.
Pause Your Subscription
Need a longer break? Pause your subscription for up to 3 months and resume whenever you're ready.
Change Products
Want to swap your Beauty Gummies for Creatine? Add or remove products from your subscription at any time.
Update Frequency
Change your delivery frequency from monthly to every 60 or 90 days to match your usage.
Billing Information
Reminder Before Each Shipment
You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your payment is processed, giving you time to skip, pause, or make changes if needed.
Automatic Payment
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your scheduled billing date. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Update Payment Method
Need to update your card details? Log in to your customer account to update your payment information securely.

How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account and manage your subscription settings. Alternatively, email us at hello@flexies.com.au at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Note: If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your final order will still be shipped. You won't be charged again after that.
