Question 1

How much creatine do you actually need per day?

Accepted Answer

The researched daily dose is 3 to 5g of creatine monohydrate, every day, ongoing. Our gummies deliver the full 5g (5,000mg) per daily serve of 4 gummies, so you're getting exactly what the studies use.

No loading phase needed. Just a consistent daily dose.

Question 2

Do I need to take creatine with food?

Accepted Answer

Not strictly, but it doesn't hurt. Creatine is absorbed well either way.

The one small edge: taking it with a meal that includes some carbs may help your body shuttle it into your muscles a touch more efficiently. Honestly though, the difference is small. Take it when you'll remember.

Question 3

Do I need to load creatine?

Accepted Answer

No. A loading phase (20g a day for a week) saturates your muscles faster, but you end up at the exact same place 3 to 4 weeks later if you just take the standard 5g daily dose.

Skip the loading. Take 4 gummies a day. Trust the process.

Question 4

Are creatine gummies absorbed as well as powder?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate. Your gut doesn't care whether it arrived in a shaker, a capsule, or a gummy.

What actually moves the needle is the dose (you want 3 to 5g) and the daily streak. Both formats deliver if you stay consistent. The format that wins is the one you'll actually take every day.

Question 5

Do creatine gummies actually work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, creatine monohydrate is one of the most well-researched supplements.

The form factor (gummy vs powder) doesn't change how your body absorbs and uses it. You get the same creatine monohydrate, just without the shaker bottle.

Question 6

Are creatine gummies as good as powder?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the dose and form match. Both deliver creatine monohydrate to the same place in your muscles.

The real-world difference is consistency. Gummies are easier to actually take every day, and consistency is what drives the strength and recovery results in the research.

Question 7

When is the best time to take creatine gummies?

Accepted Answer

Whenever you'll remember to take them. Creatine works by gradually saturating your muscles, so daily consistency matters far more than precise timing.

Pair it with an existing daily habit, morning coffee, post-workout, dinner, and stick with it.

Question 8

Are creatine gummies safe?

Accepted Answer

Creatine monohydrate has decades of safety data in healthy adults at 3 to 5g per day, and our gummies use that exact form and dose.

They're not suitable for under 15s, pregnancy, or breastfeeding, and if you're on medication it's worth a quick chat with your healthcare provider first.

Question 9

How many creatine gummies should I take per day?

Accepted Answer

We recommend following the serving size on the pack.

Consistency is more important than timing, take them at the same time each day, whether that's morning, pre-workout, or whenever works for you.

Question 10

Creatine gummies vs powder — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

The active ingredient is the same: creatine monohydrate.

The difference is convenience. Gummies require zero prep, no mixing, no shaker, and they actually taste good. They're also easier to travel with and don't leave residue everywhere.

Question 11

Is creatine safe for women?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Creatine is one of the most studied supplements globally and is used by people of all genders.

It supports muscle strength, recovery, and even cognitive function. It won't make you bulky, that's a common misconception.

Question 12

When will I notice results from creatine gummies?

Accepted Answer

Most people start noticing improvements in strength and endurance within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use. Cognitive benefits may take a similar timeframe. Consistency is key.
