Do creatine gummies actually work?

Yes. The active ingredient — creatine monohydrate — is the same molecule that's been studied in hundreds of trials. The form factor (gummy vs powder) doesn't change how your body absorbs it. What matters is the dose. Each Flexies serving delivers the full researched 5g, so you get exactly what the studies use.

Are creatine gummies as good as creatine powder?

If the dose and form are the same, yes. Both deliver creatine monohydrate. The only real differences are convenience and consistency — gummies don't need a shaker, taste like candy, and travel with you, which means most people actually take them every day. Consistency is what drives results.

When is the best time to take creatine gummies?

Whenever you'll remember to take them. Creatine works through saturation, not a quick hit, so timing matters far less than daily consistency. Morning with breakfast, post-workout, or alongside another supplement — pick a moment that already exists in your routine and stick with it.

How do I get the best results from Creatine Gummies?

Take 4 gummies every day without skipping. Creatine works by building up your stores over time, so daily consistency matters way more than perfect timing. How to take them: - 4 gummies daily, every day - Timing doesn't really matter, just don't skip - Drink around 2 litres of water a day, creatine pulls water into your muscles What to watch out for: - Avoid smashing a huge caffeine dose (like a strong pre-workout) in the same hour as your gummies, very high caffeine can blunt absorption a bit - Pair them with actual training, the gummies top up your stores so your muscles have more to draw from What to expect: you'll feel the difference around the 3 to 4 week mark.

Are creatine gummies safe?

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most thoroughly studied supplements in the world, with decades of safety data in healthy adults at 3–5g daily. Our gummies use the same monohydrate form at the researched dose. Not suitable for under 15s, pregnancy, or breastfeeding — and if you're on medication, check with your healthcare provider first.

Do I need to do a loading phase?

Nope! Just take 5g daily and you'll reach saturation in about 3-4 weeks. Loading is optional and can cause some bloating.

What's the best time to take these?

Whenever works for you! Consistency is more important than timing. Some people like post-workout, others take them with breakfast.

Will I get bloated or puffy?

Some people experience mild water retention initially as creatine pulls water into muscles. This is intramuscular water that makes muscles look fuller, not subcutaneous bloating.

Is creatine safe long-term?

Yes! Creatine has been studied extensively for decades with an excellent safety profile. It's one of the safest and most effective supplements available.

Are these for men or women?

Both! Creatine benefits everyone. Women often see great results in strength, body composition, and even cognitive function.

Should I consult my doctor before taking these?

If you have any medical conditions or are taking medication, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Is creatine suitable for women?

100%! Creatine supports strength, body composition, and cognitive function, and it's just as relevant for women as it is for men.

Can I take creatine gummies with other Flexies products?

Yes! Creatine pairs well with everything in the Flexies range. Many customers stack it with Sea Moss for minerals or Mushroom Gummies for focus + performance.

4.5 out of 5

"These gummies are DELISH, and after just a few days of taking them I see noticable improvement with muscle fatigue and energy levels post heavy lifting sessions. Love!!! ❤️"

Ella S.·

Rushcutters Bay, NSW

"Look, I'll be honest - these are pricier than bulk powder. But I'm not spilling white powder all over my kitchen anymore, I'm not chugging gritty water, and I actually take it consistently now. Convenience has value. Results feel the same. Four stars only because of the price, not the product."

Dylan P.·

Canberra, ACT

"Monohydrate powder made me look pregnant. Seriously, the water retention was insane. These? Nothing. Zero bloat. Still hitting PBs, recovery feels good, and I don't look like I swallowed a basketball. Been three months and I'm not going back to powder."

Liam J.·

Newcastle, NSW

"Travel for work constantly. Powder was impossible - bags exploding in suitcases, having to explain white powder at airport security. These are a game changer. Chuck them in my gym bag, take them anywhere. Still getting the strength benefits, no hassle. Worth every cent."

Marcus H.·

Gold Coast, QLD

"Been using creatine for years but always hated the texture and the bloat. Switched to these about 6 weeks ago and honestly wish I'd done it sooner. No gut issues, tastes like candy, and I'm still seeing the same performance in the gym. Only gripe is I wish there were more in a bag."

Ash C.·

Wollongong, NSW

"My wife used to hate the powder tub on the counter and the residue in glasses. Now I just pop a couple gummies with breakfast and she's happy, I'm happy. Still hitting my macros, still seeing gains. The strawberry flavour is actually really nice too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a cleaner setup."
