How much sea moss should a gummy actually contain?

Flexies delivers 1,600mg of wild-harvested Irish sea moss per daily serve, alongside 1,000mg bladderwrack and 240mg burdock root. Every amount is disclosed, so the mineral-rich seaweed blend is the proof rather than a token sprinkle.

Are sea moss gummies better than the raw gel?

They come down to different things. Raw gel is cheaper per gram and lets you adjust the amount, but it needs refrigerating, has a distinct sea taste and a texture plenty of people quietly give up on. Gummies are the format most people actually keep taking every day, which matters more than a slightly larger dose you skip.

Why is bladderwrack in a sea moss supplement?

Bladderwrack is a mineral-rich seaweed that supplies natural iodine, a mineral the body uses for normal thyroid function. It's traditionally paired with sea moss and burdock root as a trio.

How long do sea moss gummies take to work?

Build it into your daily routine rather than looking for an overnight change. Take two gummies daily: the sea moss, bladderwrack and burdock root blend supports gut comfort, skin glow and everyday energy.

Can I take sea moss gummies every day?

Yes, they're designed as a daily supplement. Because of the natural iodine content, check with your doctor first if you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
